CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital Announces New Medical Director
HOT SPRINGS, Ark
. – CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital has named Amy Reid, M.D., as the hospital’s medical director. Reid, a board-certified physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation, recently relocated to Hot Springs from Fort Myers, Florida where she served as medical director of a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
As medical director, Reid will work with clinicians and other staff members to create a care plan designed to meet the needs of each patient. Whether a patient has received a spinal cord injury in a car wreck, survived a stroke, suffered from arthritis or undergone a major joint replacement; she will play a role in the patient’s return to the community.

Reid completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Miami and medical school at Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University where she served as chief resident.
